Colonial Piecemaker’s Quilt Guild Retreat – Williamsburg, VA 2012
Posted By drsao on September 24, 2012
We really had lots of fun…..5 wonderful days of sewing, laughing, learning new Latin words, hearing limericks, eating, singing (yes singing), sharing the names of our sewing machines, snacking, and creating. And that is just what went on on the first floor – but I am sure the second floor quilters have lots of great memories too. DOES THAT SOUND LIKE FUN OR WHAT!
Here are some pictures of RANDOM HAPPENINGS – what I call process pictures. (If you are new to my blog, please double click on the pictures to see the entire thing!)
- Lorraine’s LAZARUS (she raised him from the dead!)
- Erika’s Lily White
- sao’s Bonnie (made in Kilbernie, Scotland)
- Love Bonnie’s jar!!!
- Catherine’s MASTERPIECE – love these THREE dimensional flowers!
- If you have these – you can make a holder for your rulers!
- Catherine’s little BUDDY for Erika!
- Made by Catherine, OF COURSE!
- Love the wool applique!
- Goodbye – we had a good time!
