What’s On My Design Floor Monday, March 26, 2012

I can’t SHOW you what’s on my DESIGN FLOOR this week because I am working on my Richmond Modern Quilt Guild’s ROUND ROBIN. We each made a center block (11″ x 14″ ) and then in subsequent months we trade “ENVELOPES” and the NEXT person adds a 6″ block to either side of that original block. We are now on ROUND THREE! I am thinking that it might be a table runner when it is finished. I always anguish about what I am going to do – will the person like it – am I good enough to do this…….LOL. We don’t get to see our quilts again until the round robin is over – this summer! SO THAT IS WHY I CANNOT SHOW YOU!
What I CAN SHOW YOU is a picture of my Roll Roll Cotton Boll Jr. Quilt. I recently sent it to my cousin, Janie. She has a COWBOY BEDROOM and I think the quilt looks so cute on her bed. Don’t you just LOVE IT when you make a quilt and someone LOVES IT?!!!!! So here is my SHOW AND TELL for the week!
Here is Janie holding the quilt and then you get to see it on her bed.
Happy sewing everyone – you can see what everyone else is doing this week by visiting Judy Laquidara’s blog at Patchwork Times!
Oh RRCB is one of my favorite Bonnie quilts, yours looks just wonderful on her bed, great job!
Great quilts. Now you have me curious to see the Round Robin LOL
It looks perfect on the cowboy bed. No wonder she loves it.
It’s awesome…great job!
