Patchwork Times OCTOBER, 2011 UFO COMPLETED
Posted By drsao on November 1, 2011
I am HAPPY to say that my Patchwork Times UFO for October, 2011 is complete. It is HIDDEN PINWHEELS!
I got the fabric at the ANNUAL CUTTING BEE that quilt designer and teacher Augusta Cole offers. Everyone brings in 4 1/2 and 2 1/2 inch strips and we trade. It is really lots of fun – so if you ever get a chance to take this class from her at a show, I recommend that you do it! I know that she has offered this at different guild meetings and also at the Hampton Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival.
Aren’t these colors happy? It was quilted by Sara Parrish in Midlothian, VA.
I really like this scrappy quilt – I saw it on Judy’s site. Nice use of all your colors.
