Wild and Wooly Bags

YES – that really is the name of the bag that Catherine taught us how to make at QA last night. I am excited that I got to learn how to weave the bag…..this sure beats the potholders I made with those funky loops years ago when I was a Brownie….my brother, Jim, may remember those because I started a business and it was his job to sell the potholders. The first 5 year old salesman sent on the road, I am sure!
First I must tell you that Catherine made her stunning necklace……
Then I must admit that we ate NOODLES on Cinco de Mayo…….yummy…..
Carolyn, Ellen and I were the students and I am going to let the pictures tell the story….please add all of the extra oohs, aahs, and satirical comments…..I am trying to type in a soft cast in a sling and it is a laborious task…
…..don’t ask……let’s just say I was the victim of the dog and two students at school today…..LOL…..
Now we just have to hope that I can finish weaving the bag and remember how to get it off the cardboard. 🙂
- Catherine’s Work of art
- Penne and tofu and feta and tomatoes…..heavenly….
