Someone asked for the pattern for the Parosol Ladies Quilt that I took a picture of and included under the post SEW SEW DAY.

I asked my friend Marla if she knew the pattern (her sister made this beautiful quilt for her) and Marla responded that this is the Parasol Ladies Quilt in the book “Granny Quilt Decor” by Darlene Zimmerman. The book “Hooked on Hankies” might be of interest if you wanted to make a quilt of girls using hankies!

Hello Shirley, My name is Desiree’ Johnson and i have been looking for this pattern for a long time, and i was unable to find it until i goggled it and i found you and the picture of you quilt it is beautiful and i would love to have the pattern or could you please let me know where i can find it. Im in a quilt club here In Arkansas where i live and we would like to use it for our Theme challenge that we are having and the block will be judged at our quilt show that we hold in March. Any help will be appreciated. I do not have a website.
