Thimbleberries at Quilter’s Corner – April 2009
Posted By drsao on April 5, 2009
We had some great Show And Tells at Thimbleberries today…
and a wonderful demonstration by Chris on how to put a zipper into the Lazy Girl Purse. They had some really great fabric pre-cut in kits to make the purse….and still do! I tried to take a few pictures so that the steps would trigger a memory for how to do it!
Susan showed a couple of her paper piecing projects – and you can learn to do it too – check out the upcoming class at Quilter’s Corner in May.
Oh yes, another infomercil – Sherry Whitfield is teaching the BIRTH OF A SAMPLER QUILT class at Quilter’s Corner – starting Saturday! I have said it before and I will say it again – I love Sherry, I loved this class and I love my quilt. I learned so much.
We had lots of fun and the food was wonderful as well!
Here are the pictures! And no, I repeat, no, I wasn’t a photographer for my school paper. LOL
