Quilter’s Corner Quilt Shop in Midlothian, VA- Relocated and FABULOUS
Posted By drsao on February 24, 2009
OH MY OH MY – you must come visit Quilter’s Corner in its NEW LOCATION in Sycamore Square in Midlothian. (It is right across from the Original Quilter’s Corner.)
Susan has done a fabulous job decorating the new quilt shop. I am NOT JUST EXAGGERATING EITHER. It is wonderful. I love all of the quilts hanging – the antique furniture, the windows with the fabulous antique bed and quilting room. OH IT IS JUST A DELIGHT. I can’t wait to go shopping. BRAVO SUSAN….you have exceeded all expectations and it is MY FAVORITE QUILT SHOP…..I can’t wait to have fun sewing in the new CLUBHOUSE area!
EVERYONE should put FEB 28 on your calendars – it is the grand opening and there will be lots of fun and door prizes in store.
I just HAPPENED TO HAVE MY CAMERA WITH ME!!!!
Shirley, I can’t wait! I don’t get down to QC as often as I’d like and I didn’t know about the move until I got Susan’s email. I presume this is to make more room for the sewing machines?
I’ve been following your blog for a couple of months now and I appreciate all your photos. I happened to meet Karen Dumont in an EQ6 class at QA last month, so I recognized her in your retreat pictures.
I got into one of Laura Wasilowski’s classes at Quilt Fest on Friday and then I’m going back on Saturday to enjoy the quilts and stimulate the economy at the vendor booths. I’m glad the grand opening isn’t until Sunday so that I won’t miss it.
Say hello to Sheddy for me, I miss her.
Hi Mom!
I hope you don’t mind, but I updated this post with a link to The Quilter’s Corner’s website at: http://www.quilterscornerva.com/
The full details on their Grand Opening are there! Free gifts for the first 100 customers and door prizes all day!
