Colonial Piecemakers Quilt Guild in Williamsburg had a Shaving Cream Party Jan 3, 2009

Our Colonial Piecemakers Quilt Guild had a great meeting in Williamsburg, VA on Saturday, Jan. 3. Over 90 members enjoyed fellowship and fun – in addition to the ever inspiring show and tells.
AND……thanks to Sherry, the Colonial Piecemakers had a shaving cream party too. Can you imagine over 90 women playing with shaving cream….and did I mention that we had little bottles of ink that we were mixing into our shaving cream?! Actually Sherrry taught us how to marble fabric using shaving cream and ink and it was absolutely fascinating – and it could prove to be a quite therapeutic activity – do you remember your finger painting days! To find out more about this process you can go to http://softexpressions.com
I hope you enjoy the pictures of all of our fun.
