Spring Time Meets Winter Time

SURPRISES can be lots of fun. Last year, on April 7 (SPRING TIME AND THE DAY BEFORE EASTER IN 2007) it snowed.
That was a lovely surprise! Surprises are usually NOT my favorite thing – but SNOW is right up there with RAIN on my LIST OF FAVORITE THINGS.

This morning we got another lovely mini-snow (actually it was a mini-sleet) that was lots of fun!
Look at my house – on the roof – you can see a MINI-SNOW (enough for me to celebrate because I LOVE WINTER.)
It would have been nice if there were enough to stay on my car!
And …… I just had to take a picture of the yellow house next door – the snow (pile of sleet?) shows up great on their roof – and don’t you love our spring flowers in the foreground – by our mailbox?
WINTER is on my LIST OF FAVORITE THINGS…..call me weird – or crackers – but winter is my favorite season.
I am definitely going to love this day – and I will “BE GLAD IN IT!”
